We use your information to: provide and maintain the Software, process payments, send transactional emails (welcome, receipts, expiry notices), manage license activations, and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Patreon for membership integration, GitHub for private repository access, and Google for OAuth authentication. These services have their own privacy policies.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data while your account is active. Upon account deletion, personal data is anonymized or deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., payment records).

5. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your data through your portal profile. You may request a copy of your data by contacting support. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

6. Security

We implement appropriate security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, hashed passwords, and regular security reviews.
