1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Custom Widgets ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License

The Community edition (QT-PyQt-PySide-Custom-Widgets) is free and open source, distributed under the GNU General Public License v3.0; your use of it is governed solely by that licence and requires no payment or agreement with us. Paid plans cover the separate proprietary Pro package (QT-PyQt-PySide-Custom-Widgets-Pro): subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it in personal or commercial projects, together with private repository access. Applications you compile and ship using Pro run royalty-free.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time via your portal dashboard. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy and Stripe's terms. Lifetime purchases are one-time payments with no further obligation.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not: redistribute the Software as your own, sublicense, reverse engineer (except as permitted by law), or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
